Our GA4 is a mess. Is that fixable?
Yes, and it's the most common engagement we take. We clean up events, standardize naming, rebuild funnels, reconnect data sources, and produce a documented measurement plan. Most clients see their GA4 become actually useful within 3–4 weeks.
Do I need BigQuery?
If you spend more than $20K/month on marketing, yes. GA4's native reports are too aggregated for real analysis. BigQuery gives you raw event data you can actually model — and it's where serious attribution lives.
What dashboard tool do you recommend?
Depends on scale. Looker Studio for $0–$500K/month spend, Looker for enterprise, and custom-built dashboards when the data model is too complex for either.
